For this project, our team worked on implementing targeted strategies to successfully transform these obstacles into actionable solutions.
First, to tackle the data management gap, we introduced a Comparative Performance Dashboard that allows arenas to analyze their sales, attendance, and cost data in relation to other venues. This solution provides a clear benchmark for performance evaluation, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and optimize event operations.
Then, to break down insight silos, we developed a Centralized Event Calendar, ensuring that users can view all events happening across different arenas while accessing event-specific notes. This feature fosters transparency and knowledge sharing among venues, promoting better collaboration and the exchange of valuable insights.
Finally, to bring the unrealized dashboard vision to life, we implemented Real-Time Attendance Tracking, allowing arenas to monitor guest entry as events unfold. This real-time visibility enhances decision-making on the fly, improves security, and provides accurate attendance data that can be leveraged for future event planning and operational efficiency.
