We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who will help us increase the company's success within our existing product lines! The spectrum of your tasks ranges from product innovations to optimizing the efficiency of existing products. In addition to this, you will lead a team of Product Manager and Agile experts, develop visions and sustainable strategies in order to build on the success in close co-operation with all company departments.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• 5+ years of experience working with software development teams
• 4+ years of experience as a product leader/manager or similar roles 
• Demonstrated proficiency to manage the entire lifecycle of a product solution 
• Proven experience conducting business strategies & discoveries with executives or real users 
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and proven experience working with them 
• Leadership skills: charismatic, diligent and willing to contribute.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant field
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic and management of the entire product portfolio and lifecycle
• Definition of the department relevant OKRs and measures in alignment with the strategic goal to drive future state of the team
• Structuring the product organization/team as subject matter expert by leading standards throughout department way of working, tools and goals
• Develop Product Managers and Agile Facilitators through coaching and active feedback
• Generate visionary strategic proposals for the department growth
• Lead a Management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in existing products.
• Promote continuous product research and discovery to find new ways to generate ROI
• Analize products performance with analytics and metrics to guide the portfolio with next steps and deliver the best outcomes through value generation
