About you

Are you curious about how tech projects are executed from start to finish? This internship is designed for students in their final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of technology project management and development, especially within the public sector. 

You'll be involved in key stages of the project lifecycle—from defining technical requirements and understanding contractual obligations to supporting execution and the delivery of digital products, including the associated documentation process. 

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
• Solid academic foundation in operations, quality, processes, finance/accounting, and project management basics. 
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level (able to read technical documents and participate in basic conversations). 
• Strong interest in technology, project execution, and understanding public sector dynamics. 
• A proactive, curious, and motivated individual with strong listening skills and attention to detail. 
• No advanced technical or coding knowledge is required. 

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Support the collection, review, and management of technical and operational project documentation. 
• Participate in internal and external project meetings and follow-up sessions. 
• Understand and track acceptance criteria for both technical and documentation deliverables. 
• Collaborate on process management and documentation aligned with public sector contract requirements. 
• Assist in validating and organizing deliverables prepared by operational teams. 
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. 
• Learn how to use tools and platforms for documentation and process management.
• Help compile and structure documentation for project closure.
