    • Bachelor’s Degree in Psichology, Marketing, Communications.

    • Proactive, empowered and adaptable, with a passion for creating engaging employee experiences.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail to ensure results with quality and on-time. 
    • 3 years of proven experience in internal communication and event planning.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office, email marketing tools, intranet software). 
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. 
    • Team player 
    • English Full Professional Proficiency 

    You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

    • Execute strategies to cultivate and sustain a strong organizational culture aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values. 
    • Develop and implement the onboarding process to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and values. 
    • Serve as the primary culture ambassador, directly ensuring that company values are consistently reflected in policies, practices, and employee behaviors, with support from Advisors. 
    • Lead efforts to build strong partnerships with Advisors to drive retention and engagement initiatives. 
    • Analyze and report on the impact and progress of core programs, implementing recommendations to refine future efforts. 
    • Create, coordinate, and manage culture initiatives and programs that foster a sense of belonging, recognition, and collaboration across the organization. 
    • Administer employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and execute actionable plans to address key insights. 
    • Develop and deliver programs in collaboration with Talent and Learning & Development teams to embed cultural values and behaviors across the employee lifecycle. 
    • Continuously evaluate and integrate best practices and trends to enhance the organization’s cultural initiatives.
