You are a reliable and service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting daily office operations and being the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 6 months of proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information.
  • Customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher).

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as needed.
  • Greet visitors and notify the appropriate staff members.
  • Prepare and coordinate meeting rooms for visitors and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate cleaning activities and schedules.
  • Answer general inquiries and address complaints professionally.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
  • Check, sort, and forward emails as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain updated records, files, and documentation.
  • Monitor office expenses and track related costs.
  • Assist with procurement duties for events and celebrations.
  • Manage petty cash and send weekly expense reports to the treasury team.
  • Support additional administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and scheduling when required.

Qualifications

  • Front desk or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate English (B1+).
