You are a strategic product leader who thrives on driving innovation, alignment, and growth through world-class product management. You enjoy shaping product vision, mentoring cross-functional teams, and building scalable frameworks that empower organizations to deliver impactful solutions. You are passionate about connecting business strategy with technology execution, fostering collaboration, and inspiring teams to achieve measurable success.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Product Owner certification (Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance) is required.
• Superior studies or certifications in Product Management are a must.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, or Head of Product, managing multiple product lines.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile product teams, including at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop cross-functional product teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Skilled in defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Ability to develop and communicate clear business cases and strategic proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Experience setting and tracking OKRs and product metrics for performance and alignment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire teams and influence decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking for managing complex challenges.
• Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead product discovery, user research, and strategic partnerships, including contract negotiations.
• Expertise in structuring and scaling product organizations to support business growth.
• Skilled in coaching, feedback, and leadership development within product teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and grow the entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead and inspire a team of Product Owners and Product Managers, driving continuous improvement in performance and product quality.
• Define and align product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and present innovative product proposals and business cases to guide strategic decisions.
• Establish, monitor, and achieve department-level OKRs, ensuring measurable impact.
• Foster career growth and mentorship within the product organization through structured learning and coaching.
• Lead product discovery and research efforts to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Oversee strategic partnerships and lead contract negotiations related to product expansion or integrations.
• Utilize product analytics and insights to measure performance, inform prioritization, and optimize success.
• Design and implement frameworks to scale the product organization, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company growth.
