• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or related desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar positions.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop accurate financial projections.
• Expertise in budgeting, expense management, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to evaluate CAPEX investments, calculate ROI, and conduct scenario-based financial modeling.
• Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or automation tools.
• Ability to assess financial complexities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Strong focus on precision in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to present financial insights clearly and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Understanding of financial impacts on business operations and long-term goals.
• Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, and adjust to changing financial needs.
• Spanish & Advanced English

You will be accountable for the following responsabilities: 

• Develop and implement the annual budget and monthly, quarterly financial forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers behind deviations and providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Continuously refine forecasting techniques to improve accuracy, using historical data and company & market trends.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with key insights int company performance.
• Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data- driven recommendations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor expense trends and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Monitor accounts and cost centers transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement best practices for cost control and
• financial discipline.
• Validate details from accounting closures, ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting.
• Maintain financial integrity by ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Collaborate with accounting teams for audit preparation and financial reconciliations if needed.
• Assess potential capital expenditures (CAPEX) and their impact on company finances.
• Conduct financial modeling and investment return analysis to support decision- making for strategic initiatives.
• Work with senior management to prioritize projects based on financial feasibility and business impact.
• Drive process improvements by automating financial workflows and reporting tools.
• Leverage data analytics and financial systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
