About You

You are a Continuous Improvement Engineer who is passionate about optimizing business processes and driving operational excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments where you can identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.

You are analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong continuous improvement mindset. You enjoy working with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, implement best practices, and foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supporting Continuous Improvement or Business Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with process mapping, business process modeling, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency using process documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Experience applying root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement best practices.
  • Familiarity with Change Management principles and process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organization.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement structured improvement initiatives using continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and promote operational best practices.
  • Coordinate improvement initiatives, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and project objectives are achieved.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Monitor process performance and quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Document processes, workflows, and improvement recommendations to support organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
  • Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with process mapping and business process modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
