Our approach

The team followed a flexible development process that allows changes to be easily incorporated by including agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. ​
We implemented a robust testing process, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, by the automation and functional Quality Assurance team. ​
Also, we have a streamlined and automated deployment procedure to achieve our continuous deployment and delivery practice using tools such as CircleCI and Harness. ​
Additionally, having clear communication channels and a dedicated project manager helps to ensure that changes are managed effectively and that the different projects stay on track.
